was born and raised in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, and always had an artistic talent and an interest in the sciences. He combined these two passions into the perfect career for him...

He attended Baylor University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later attended
UT Southwestern and received a Master of Arts degree.
He has been a medical illustrator for 20 years and has gained vast experience and knowledge by working at the Mayo Clinic, UT Southwestern and MediVisuals, Inc.
Throughout his career, he has created medical illustrations mostly for medical books, medical journals, medical exhibits, and websites. His focus is on 2D illustration ranging from color, line, tone, surgical, educational, editorial and cartoon.
